Mölnlycke Mepilex Border Flex 15×15 cm

Mepilex® Border Flex is a highly conformable, 5-layer foam dressing featuring Flex Technology, designed to adapt to body movement while providing excellent comfort and secure fixation. Its advanced absorbent structure effectively absorbs, channels and locks away exudate, maintaining a moist wound environment to support healing while helping to reduce the risk of maceration. The gentle Safetac® silicone contact layer minimises pain and tissue damage during dressing changes.

Suitable for moderate to highly exuding wounds, including pressure injuries, leg and foot ulcers, traumatic wounds (such as skin tears), surgical wounds, and dry or necrotic wounds when used with gels. It is also suitable for helping to prevent skin damage, including pressure ulcers, and is water-resistant for added convenience.
