Mölnlycke Mepitel One – 7.5×10 cm

Mepitel® One is a one-sided, soft silicone wound contact layer designed for the management of a wide range of exuding wounds. Its transparent design allows observation of the wound without removing the dressing, while the Safetac® layer prevents the outer dressing from sticking to the wound, supporting atraumatic dressing changes.

Mepitel® One allows exudate to pass through to an outer absorbent dressing and seals around the wound edges to help prevent exudate leakage onto the surrounding skin, minimising the risk of maceration.

Suitable for skin tears, skin abrasions, surgical incisions, partial thickness burns, traumatic wounds, partial and full thickness grafts, radiated skin, and leg and foot ulcers. It can also be used as a protective layer on non-exuding wounds, blisters, and areas with fragile skin.
